KTP Associate – Data Solutions Architect / Data Scientist

Chetan Kuckian is a Data Scientist and Data Solutions Architect working in partnership with Lifelink as part of a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Strathclyde. His work focuses on developing a centralised data warehouse and intelligent scheduling system to enhance the delivery of mental health and wellbeing services through data-driven insights, automation, and advanced analytics.
Before joining Strathclyde, Chetan worked at ZS Associates and Tata Consultancy Services, where he led machine learning and data engineering projects that optimised operational performance, automated large-scale data pipelines, and enabled predictive decision-making for global clients in healthcare and life sciences. His work has resulted in significant efficiency gains and cost reductions for various data systems.
Chetan holds an MSc in Data Science and its Applications from the University of Essex, where he received the Dr Mario Gutierrez-Roig Prize for outstanding academic performance, and a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. His research interests lie in applied machine learning, large language models (LLMs), data warehousing, and the use of AI to improve digital health outcomes.
